Wines: We will sample 10 wines from Aris Vineyard, including sparkling wines made using the traditional method and still dry, as well as sweet wines.
// About the vineyard:
Aris Vineyard is located on a beautiful sandy-clay hill in Osiecznica near Krosno Odrzańskie (Lubusz Province). The owners are Robert Stawski and Maciej Stępień. The idea of establishing the vineyard was born in 2016, and planting was done two years later, where over 5 hectares were dedicated to varieties such as Solaris, Muscaris, Riesling, Chardonnay, Johanniter, Bianca, and Pinot Noir.
In the spring of 2022, the vineyard was expanded by over 5 more hectares, and currently, on a plot of 10.5 hectares, existing varieties were replicated and new ones were added, such as Pinot Gris, Souvignier Gris, Saint Laurent. As a nod to tradition, one parcel was dedicated exclusively to clones from the old vineyards of Zielonogórska.
