Pago de Tharsys is a producer of still and sparkling wines from the Valencia region (with 12 hectares in Utiel-Requena). The winery is best known for its Cava. For their sparkling wines, they use Macabeo, Parellada, Garnacha, and even Bobal grapes, and the owner of Pago de Tharsys, Vicente Garcia, is considered the “godfather” of Cava in Valencia.
