Autumn at Concordia is a time when local ingredients meet the creativity of our chefs. The “Autumn in Five Flavours” menu brings together everything we love about this season – from porcini mushrooms and “pyra z gzikiem” to duck breast with uliginous pear and our modern take on the classic Wuzetka cake.

Amuse-bouche:

Porcini mushroom pâté with cornelian cherry and potato

Starter:

Potato with “gzik” – cottage cheese from Gołęczewo, potato babka, sour cream and radish (V)

Soup:

Porcini mushroom broth with potato dumplings and bay leaf oil (V)

Main course:

Duck breast with uliginous pear, bread dumplings and kukułka sauce

or

Duck breast with uliginous pear, bread dumplings and kukułka sauce (V)

Dessert:

Wuzetka cake with white chocolate cream and brown butter ice cream
