We draw heavily from Polish art and culinary traditions to showcase the subtle tastes of native fields, orchards, and forests to our guests. We follow nature’s lead by savoring the abundance of crops and harvests and utilizing the gifts of all four seasons. We take our customers on a fascinating journey through the regional cuisines that dominate the tables between the Baltic Sea and the Carpathians. Our à la carte menu offers a unique and seasonal take on traditional Polish cuisine. The menu changes regularly to showcase the culinary explorations and passions of our Head Chef, Adam Adamczak. He frequently travels across Poland to discover new flavors in nature and regional homemade cuisine and incorporates them into his own unique interpretation.

The products in our kitchen come from Polish suppliers whom we met during a culinary journey across Poland. Visiting local farms, having hundreds of inspiring conversations about crops, traditional recipes, and artisanal production methods, tasting regional delicacies, fruits straight from the orchard, and vegetables from the garden, we created a list of people we still collaborate with today.

WINe

The history of Polish wine and native wine culture is being created before our eyes. Just 10 years ago, it was based solely on 21 vineyards and today there are over 500.

By sharing a passion for high-quality drinks made from Polish grapes, we have created a menu where our guests will find the world’s largest selection of native wines. Our experienced sommelier, Jacek Kulza, will help you choose the perfect wine for your chosen dish, and regular tastings as part of the Taste the Wine events will allow you to get to know the portfolios of valued Polish vineyards. 

For connoisseurs of stronger alcohol, our menu also includes excellent Polish cordials, spirits, mead, liqueurs, whiskies, gins, and more.

Our Achievements

We have been recognized by The Guardian, which included our restaurant in its recommendations of the 35 best restaurants in Europe. Out of the 70 restaurants in Poznań distinguished by Gault&Millau, Concordia Taste received 2 hats, which is the second highest award. According to Tripadvisor’s Travelers Choice recommendations, we are in the top 10% of the best restaurants in the world. Ewa Voelkel-Krokowicz and Concordia Taste also made it to Forbes’ list of the top 100 restaurateurs of 2022.

We are recognized as one of the best Polish restaurants during the regular industry conferences Made For Restaurant – For Solution. We are among the top 3 Polish restaurants in the Creator of the Year category of MADE FOR Restaurant CREATORS.
