Our dishes are crafted with respect for high-quality ingredients sourced from local suppliers, inspired by traditional recipes from the most interesting culinary regions of Poland. Our new menu, updated three times a year to coincide with the beginning of spring, summer, and the transition from fall to winter, offers a taste of the country’s diverse flavors.

I believe that good cuisine starts with high-quality ingredients. All the products I use come from suppliers that I got to know during my culinary journey around Poland. It’s great to be inspired by their stories and traditions.
