Płochockich Vineyard occupies an area of 7 hectares, on which 20 grape varieties are grown. Among the varieties, you can distinguish Vitis Vinifera such as: Riesling, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Zweigelt, Traminer, Muscat, St.Laurent, Sauvignon Blanc and resistant varieties: Hibernal Solaris, Johaniter, and Muscaris. Each year, Płochockich Vineyard produces several types of wine. These include white, rosé, red and amber/orange wines. Wines produced in stainless steel tanks are made from fresh fruit. Then aged in oak and acacia barrels. Among them, amber/orange wine stands out, which is produced in Georgian Qvevri.
