A chef with 18 years of experience, he honed his skills under the guidance of some of the most talented young chefs in Poznań. Cooking is his true passion — one that brings him immense satisfaction and constantly drives him to explore new flavors.

He is a winner of numerous culinary competitions organized by Poznańska Spiżarnia Biesiadników and the Flavors of the Poznań County culinary trail. In his kitchen, he blends flavors from around the world, never limiting himself to a single culinary tradition.

For years, he has been actively involved in charity work, successfully organizing many fundraising dinners and helping others through his cooking.

Outside of gastronomy, he’s passionate about boxing — a perfect escape from the hustle of the kitchen. Privately, he’s a happy husband and a proud dad.
