Ania graduated with a degree in Management from WSHIG and in Economics from WSB. She lived in the UK for 10 years, where she worked and trained in management. She also worked in restaurants, and her professional life has always been closely linked to the culinary industry.
She is always on the move, energetic, and enjoys sports, walking, running, cycling, yoga, and Pilates. Despite her busy schedule, she finds time to read. Ania is interested in healthy food and a healthy lifestyle, which translates into her other passion – cooking.
