Tomasz Tarkowski is the most creative personality in our team. He enjoys challenges and takes unconventional paths to reach his goals. Rarely does he stop, as he dislikes boredom and constantly seeks to improve. He finds fulfillment in creating concepts for culinary events and puts a lot of heart into managing Concordia Taste restaurant.

As an experienced manager, he trains teams and managers in the field of restaurant business management. He is the brainchild behind initiatives such as the 88 Hands Dinner series, Cooking for the Earth Dinners, Zero Waste Nie Marnu_jemy event, and the Women’s Food Point Dinner. He is a member of the Poznań Chefs Together initiative and actively engages in charitable activities.
