Adam Adamczak is a fan of Polish cuisine who began his culinary journey at Concordia Taste. In 2012, he was hired as a chef, and thanks to his hard work and passion, he became the Head Chef just two years later. In the following years, he decided to explore other gastronomic projects outside the walls of Concordia Taste to gain more experience. However, history came full circle, and Adam Adamczak is once again leading our restaurant with the same enthusiasm and dedication, but with new inspirations and ideas.
