An experienced banquet chef at Concordia Taste, originally from Poznań. He has honed his culinary skills over the years working in hotels, restaurants, and catering companies both in Poland and abroad, including training at the prestigious Paul Bocuse Institute in Lyon. A winner of numerous culinary competitions, he is passionate about nature and fishing. Privately, he is a proud father to little Agatka, for whom attention to every ingredient and dish is as important in life as it is in the kitchen.
