Jarek Paterka is a native of Wielkopolska, hailing from Oborniki. It was there that he took his first gastronomic steps. Curiosity and a desire to broaden his horizons led him to Berlin, where he gained knowledge and experience. However, after years away, he returned to Poznań, dedicating himself to family life.
Today, he is a father and a husband, and at Concordia Taste, he serves as the right hand of the Head Chef, an irreplaceable Sous Chef! He excels at preserving summer in jars, spreading knowledge about all kinds of pickling and fermentation techniques in the restaurant.
