Olesia Zamakh has a passion for trying new things, and her goal is personal growth. She sees cooking as a creative activity and puts her whole heart into it. As she says, Concordia Taste is like a second home to her.
Originally from a small town in Ukraine, she has been in Poland for 4 years. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Economics in Kharkiv and the Faculty of Gastronomy in Poznań.
