Sebastian Bober is a native Silesian. Proud, tough, and stubborn, like every resident of this region. At Concordia Taste, he serves as the Restaurant Manager. He loves a life full of surprises, meetings, and conversations with people. He has always known that he wanted to work in the gastronomy industry. He often resolves interpersonal problems both at work and outside of it. He enjoys movement, hustle, and changes. Stagnation is not for him, which is why he gave up on graphic design in favor of working in the best restaurants in Poznań. After hours, he is passionate about traveling, cycling, music, and… plants! He is definitely a sensitive soul who brings a lot of positive energy to Concordia Taste
