He takes advantage of what nature offers whenever possible. He loves to indulge in walking and hiking in the mountains, often alone for a full offline experience. He is passionate about animals, travel, good food, and climbing. In his daily life, he always focuses on truth and living in harmony with himself, thanks to which he builds sincere relationships and sometimes makes radical choices. Working in gastronomy gives him the opportunity to get to know people, himself, find himself in teamwork, and deepen his passion for Polish, local cuisine and wine. At the same time, he perfectly takes care of the comfort of his guests in an unpretentious way, which translates into great sympathy from both the visitors to our restaurant and the Concordia Taste team.
