Sławomir Kaczalski comes from Kujawy and studied at WSHiG in Poznań and the University of Roehampton in London. After spending several years abroad, he made the decision to return to Poznań, where he proudly serves as the Restaurant Manager at Concordia Taste. It can be safely said that both Poznań and the culinary world are his great passions.
He is a passionate traveler and action movie enthusiast. He can’t imagine life without coffee, people, and sweets.
