The colorful bird of our restaurant. An artist who values quality, creativity, and an unconventional approach to service. Connected to the culinary world for many years. He began this adventure by learning from the best in the capital city (Bubbles, Kieliszki na próżnej, Belvedere). A native of Poznań, he returned to a place that gives him more space and freedom. He loves people, conversations, and the restaurant life that almost never stops. His work is his passion and pleasure. In everyday life, he’s scattered and carefree, but at Concordia Taste, he’s composed, calm, and professional. A sommelier with an open mind (only in the clouds when he’s off :)). An extrovert who loves his life (including his profession) because no day is ever the same as the previous one. Meet Aleksander Kubiak.
