Mateusz Wrzeszcz is a graduate of the Faculty of Food Science and Nutrition at UP Poznań. He is a dietitian specializing in collective nutrition and catering. He has a keen interest in food technology and processing, as well as modern principles of nutrition. He has experience in event organization and finds satisfaction in the execution of banquets, workshops, and training sessions. He strives for personal and professional development and constantly seeks to improve his skills. Respect within a team is crucial to him. He has a deep appreciation for Polish cuisine and specializes in it under the guidance of Chef Adam Adamczak.
